Context menu in clippings tree shouldn't appear for "No items found" #489

When search filtering is in effect in Clippings Manager or Clippings Sidebar and there are zero search results, it is still possible to display the normal context menu on the "No items found" item in the clippings tree. However, selecting any action either doesn't do anything, or causes an error.

This should be fixed so that the context menu shouldn't appear.

This fix should be backported to version 6.5.x if there is a minor release.
