Show notification if error occurred when starting Drive Connector Service #15

If Google Drive sync is turned on, but an error occurs when loading the Drive Connector Service native app when Firefox is started, show a notification with an error message.

This error would occur if the user uninstalled Drive Connector Service without turning off reading list sync first.

This is no longer applicable now that support for Google Drive has been removed.
