If either or both the reading list sidebar and/or the extension preferences pages are open at the time the user needs to reauthorize their Dropbox connection, it isn't necessary to show the notification. The extra notification should be suppressed if either are open.

Get rid of the redundant notification only if the extension preferences page is open at the time the user needs to reauthorize.
