Empty UI doesn't appear in sidebar if sync file doesn't have any links #51

Steps to repro:

  1. Install Read Next
  2. Turn on reading list sync by logging in to Dropbox as a user who has not previously installed Read Next or has a sync file that is empty
  3. Finish the connection wizard, then observe the Read Next sidebar

Result: The reading list sidebar is empty. The "Add to Read Next" CTA message doesn't appear.

The Read Next sidebar remains empty if closing and then reopening it.
