Are you planning to add android support?

Support for Android (and iOS/iPadOS) is certainly possible, but it would need to be a standalone app. Due to time constraints, I can't commit to working on a mobile app, but any open source developer with the skills and interest in creating a mobile version of Read Next is welcome to step in.
