Add multiple tabs to reading list #61

Currently, if multiple browser tabs are selected and the user selects "Add to Read Next" from the tab context menu, only the last-selected tab is added.

Improve this by adding all selected tabs to the reading list. No need to show any dialogs; the "close tab after adding to reading list" setting should apply if turned on.

It is possible that one of the tabs selected is for a Firefox page, such as Add-ons Manager or Firefox Settings. Don't include those pages when adding multiple tabs to Read Next, and ~show a notification or dialog listing the pages that couldn't be added.~ just silently ignore those tabs.
