Steps to Repro:

  1. Install Read Next 1.0.2.1a1 (build for upgrade testing)
  2. Update to the latest beta
  3. From the reading list sidebar, locate the post-upgrade banner and click What's New
  4. Repeat step 3

Result: The What's New page can be opened more than once.

Also, don't show the What's New banner in the sidebar if the What's New page is already open.
