Sync Clippings installer for Windows: release preparation #1

Remaining work to do before releasing version 1.0:

  1. [DONE - 1.0b3] If running on 64-bit Windows, put the 64-bit version of the native app (generated using 64-bit pyinstaller) in "C:\Program Files"
  2. [DONE] Replace the generic setup icon with a better icon.
  3. [DONE] Add version info (i.e. the information that will appear in the Details tab when right-clicking on the setup EXE and selecting Properties). See http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Docs/Chapter4.html#versioninfo
