Rename Linux/macOS installer shell script and redistributables #12

Linux shell script file names are, by convention, in lower case. Therefore, the setup shell script file should be renamed to sync-clippings-${appVer}-setup.sh.

The redistributable file (tar archive) should also be renamed accordingly.
