When uninstalling on Windows, remove the "tcl" and "tk" subfolders from the program folder #5

Sync Clippings 1.0b2+

This issue is probably due to the enhancement to display a folder picker dialog to select the sync folder location. There are 2 extra subfolders created under the program folder (C:\Program Files\Sync Clippings). They should be deleted when uninstalling Sync Clippings.
