Character Editor and some UI Elements semi-transparent

In the Character Editor and in the list of colonists(The one displayed at the top during the main game), the hair under the semi-transparent is not rendered. After some testing, I was able to confirm the resolution of this phenomenon when I removed CE from my mod list.
