There are rumors it doesn't work anymore. See, https://github.com/kubernetes/minikube/issues/12424#issuecomment-1929241678

The suggestion is to use https://github.com/chipmk/docker-mac-net-connect. If I do pursue this solution, note https://github.com/kubernetes/minikube/issues/12424#issuecomment-2176392184

Perhaps I just use investigate the Qemu driver.
