Investigate alltalk_tts integration #138

https://github.com/erew123/alltalk_tts appears to be updated Coqui TTS with deepspeed integration and support for multiple voices, plus support for low VRAM environments. Speedup from deepspeed could be 4x, so well worth taking a look to see whether it's possible to use.

Coqui merged support for deepspeed back in November, detection of deepspeed and use if detected was merged today. I didn't see anything else different from alltalk_tts.
