This seems to be working well, and as far as I can tell has not broken anything else.
This change (as noted in the README) allows the user to add % <speaker> to the end of any chapter/part line to specify a change to that speaker, for instance:
% <speaker>
# Chapter 1 % en-US-AndrewNeural
