Use severity other that "WARNING" for spelling errors #16

Either use the existing INFO severity or create a new one. Otherwise it's
not convenient to have coding errors mixed up with spelling errors.

Unfortunately we had to remove it. Custom severities don't work very well. 
There is
always a way to break them. :(
