A special dictionary for Java glossary？ #19

Now JDBC, XML, DTD and so on are reported as errors. Can you build a 
special dictionary for these words in Java glossary? Otherwise everybody 
will add these words to the dictionary.

Fixed by thrird party plugin Spell Checker Java Dictionary
