Thermal Runaway after updating firmware #72

I just updated from the stock firmware on a MP Mini Delta to the newest released firmware on this branch. I am now getting the E1 Thermal Runaway anytime I try to print either with SD card or from OctoPrint. What can I send to assist in troubleshooting?

I found on an earlier issue ticket that if I set the gcode to warm up the hotend first, then the bed, it stops. I was able to do that so it took care of the issue.
