[x] Add run-tests.sh script that we can use instead of docker-entrypoint-tests.sh
[x] Ensure everything in docker-entrypoint-tests.sh is covered in docker-entrypoint.sh or run-tests.sh.
[ ] Remove docker-entrypoint-tests.sh.
[ ] Create a "test" docker image tag that uses run-tests.sh command instead of drush @hostmaster hosting-queued

There are still file permissions issues here but I don't want to mess with it any further.
