Clean out pre 4.x code. #20

Now that most classes are pieced together we can probably go ahead and delete all of the old stuff.

We can always checkout 7.x-3.x in another folder.

I'm about to remove a whole lotta code so we can accelerate forward momentum.

Please don't worry, all of the old code still lives in the 7.x-3.x branch and always will.
