Search page - New Search Controller #136

All search code should be moved to a separate dedicated controller so that it's accessible globally from all pages, not just the Datasets page.

I looked at how the search and controllers work, but I don't understand how to solve the problem. No one else can do it? who developed it? @FabiApfelkern @cbotsikas
