dev-util/atom-shell - missing dependency #46

Hi and thanks for the ebuilds for Atom.

Small problem, dev-util/atom-shell fails to merge for me, it needs dev-util/ninja as a dependecy but that isn't included in the DEPEND section.

Thanks for the report, I updated dependencies to add dev-util/ninja
