Dockerize TRIBES to simplify setup for new users #5

I have created dockerized version of TRIBES (at: docker.io/piotrszul/tribes) and updated README to include info on how to run the containerised version.

TODO: Update the pearcey setup to use singularity

README
generation of config profile (to include full path cluster YAML)
consider the tribesrc options in particular how pass extra parameters to beagle (if env is not passed)
also look at resource allocation
