Universal fallback for unsupported language features #20

It would be great if we had a component that can be used to represent unsupported language features, with the following elements:

A message that the feature is unsupported
An indication of what the feature is
A code editor component that allows for the editing of the expression using raw ECL

Once we have this component, we should ensure 100% coverage of the grammar so that nothing is unrendered, or rendered in an undetermined way.
