EOF error in rule rmd_summary #4

I tried figuring out what this could be but wasn't able yet to pinpoint it. I just commented it out locally for now.

SyntaxError in line 304 of /home/user/isling/snakemake_rules/postprocessing.smk:
EOF in multi-line statement (postprocessing.smk, line 304)
  File "/home/user/isling/Snakefile", line 123, in <module>
