Condition.code slicing for SNOMED-CT needs needs coding binding to https://healthterminologies.gov.au/fhir/ValueSet/clinical-condition-1 (extensible)
AU Base is preferred this adds must support to extensible binding for Primary Care

laterality added as an extension; laterality of diagnosis or procedure rather than of body site (not so great) not that keen on chronic/acute extension but will consider body site is not really a thing typically in these systems - but included; laterality in body site is
