Check that ValueSets in the IG match the ValueSets on the Primary Care ontoserver #24

There have been some updates made to the ValueSets in the Primary Care Ontoserver (https://primarycare.ontoserver.csiro.au/fhir). Where these ValueSets are included in the IG, we should re-copy them to make sure they're up to date.
