AUPrimaryCareEncounter.performer slicing has bad discriminator #26

In AUPrimaryCareEncounter the discriminator definition on line 21 * participant ^slicing.discriminator.path = "type.code" refers to a nonexistent element. The discriminator should refer to code and system in type.coding. Maybe * participant ^slicing.discriminator.path = "type.coding.code" * participant ^slicing.discriminator.path = "type.coding.system"

Hi Richard, Thanks for the report!

I haven't touched this project for a while. There is some work to do to update it for the updated version of the sushi autobuilder, but once I get that working I'll dive into some of these other issues.
