Use better output name if GDATADIR=/ERROR/SET/GDATADIR/IN/sync_output_to_gdata.sh #8

If we have the default GDATADIR=/ERROR/SET/GDATADIR/IN/sync_output_to_gdata.sh in sync_output_to_gdata.sh the summary will be written to run_summary_sync_output_to_gdata.sh.csv which is confusing and would also overwrite summaries from any other runs that use this default.

So choose something better in this case.

for example, test whether the directory exists; if not, use path-to-control-dir for filename
