Can someone tell me if does Canon 60D work fine for dslrdashboard's video
record funcion?
For now, I'm using a Nikon D3200. I bought qdslrdashboard on the appstore,
bought a TP-Link MR3040, flashed OpenWRT correctly, got the connection, the
live view and shooting pictures function, but I couldn't see the video record
button. According to dslrdashboard site, "not all camera models have the movie
recording function. If the button is not visible it means the camera has no
movie recording function while connected with USB." The button was not visible
with Nikon D3200, so I presume that video recording is not able while usb
connected, with my D3200. Zoltan, the developer, already told me the same, by
email.
So, I am a DSLR videomaker and I've been thinking on changing my camera for a
while, and maybe this is the best momment for this. I need a new camera, but I
still want to use dslrdashboard, but having video record option. But I'll be
careful for not buying the wrong camera.
So, does anyone know what cameras would work fine with video record option?
What about Canon 60D, would video record option be able on the app?
Thanks
