Feature request: Add support for dictionary lookup #140

It would be nice, if you could ad support for external dictionary to lookup 
words in PDFs.
The App i would like to see supported is "Aard Dictionary" which supports 
offline Wikipedia searches. It also has support for lookups:

and has been integrated by other Apps like "Cool Reader" and "FBReader" though 
those apps don't support .pdf's

I would like this feature to work like this:
Mark a word from the pdf and click on a "Lookup-Button" to open up Aard 
Dictionary with the word as lookup-term.
