Word document is damaged #4

Geco Proto.docx in the folder PCWU is damaged, or so it says on my clone. Can't we change the document to a .md-file, that would also make it readable in Github itself.

Hello, LibreOffice can open it just fine, also the online MS Word (office.com) has no problem with that file. I have added a PDF version for better compatibility.
