The parser for backticked things is bad #63

Currently a is the same thing as 'a', and ' gives a parsing error (highly unexpectedly). It should be changed to make ```-strings the same as''`-strings.

On the other hand, then ab`` will stop working. Maybe the current behavior should just be documented instead.
