What are the benefits? How hard is it to do?

It probably won't matter much since we don't serve any images or ads, but it can still improve search presence (maybe?).

I googled more and apparently AMP is mostly useful for news sites, articles and such, while there are also some drawbacks (at least if Hacker News people are to be believed). Closing.
