Change the way category groups work

• [ ] Don't allow creating a category without a group
• [ ] Write “if you don't know where to add a group, add it to “miscellaneous”
• [ ] Use a combobox for choosing category's group
• [ ] Add pencil and “+” buttons to each group's heading
