Upgrade Hackage on hackage.haskell.org #7

There are some already merged improvements (e.g. searching with an exact match) that would be nice to have on hackage.haskell.org, but the last upgrade seems to have been over 3 months ago.

Wrote the Hackage admin (at admin@<Hackage>).

Eh, still no response.

Hackage has been upgraded, but probably not thanks to my email, so I'm not counting this as a win.
