Wice.Samples.Gallery.exe is hang up, when resize windows by mouse #6

Wice.Samples.Gallery.exe is hang up, when resize windows by mouse (slowly move)

but if i press ctrl-shift-esc call Task Manager , this hang up is release

hangup when rezise.zip
