Adds a config option to allow multiple players to bet on the same slot

While this is something I've been meaning to add for a while, there are a few things to keep in mind. For example, if 2 players choose the same slot, one chip would overlap the other. We would have to look at placing them a little farther apart perhaps. What do you think?

I agree, however most players don't seem to mind too much. You can tell where their chips go with the movement. I'm happy to look into adding this to my PR, though!
