Damn, I'm sorry for this issue.
Is this issue happening since the latest update only?

since Version 6.2 (and also in Version 6.3) We havent used Version 6.0 and 6.1 before because (we used 5.1) there was no option to disable the "All In" But we can tell you it was not happening in Verision 5.1 we used the Version 5.1 a very long time without issues. Also it may took a while,before we noticed this aggain because the server is just restarting once a day. We noticed this bug behave allready once before. but there we thought it might be was our mistake and we just deleted the old tables and created new once, what means the issues was solved because a table just contain arround 150 armorstand on creating).. The Casino with the two tables also is in unloaded chunks at server start - may this has something to do with it? :3 The issue can only be seen when we have a few 100s of armorstands for the two tables and the player is running near the the chunks (means the chunks get loaded) when he is near. when he move away from that chunks all is fine aggain (i think because the chunks will get unloaded then)

We hope you can fix it soon. For now we disabled the tables on our liveserver and the players asking each day when we reopen them :D

How the development is turned on? We really Hope to see Roulette back on our 1.17.1 server.
On our Server the places where we places our two tables crashing the FPS specialy of older pcs down after a few server restarts
When the stand are gone or new created all is fine But after some server restart this repeats You only nitic this issue when you get into the loaded chunks with the tables after some restarts

We had two Tables Deleting these two showed us 1943 armorstands the two tables where made off... (1043 the first ... 900 the other)
Is there an issue with table creation when the tables allready exist on serverstart?
