Using this as a running list of what is missing:

buttons, need to explain the difference between a regular text-linked "button" vs. one that is authored with bold.
[Charity taking this one] links/buttons, need to explain how to add link attributes on a link, and that the rule for external pages is to automatically add target="_blank" without authoring (but this can be overwritten).
