Explore modal #53

Implemented -

  1. filters-grid block for explore modal, that is ingested as a fragment while creating the modal. It is authored here.
  2. advanced-heading block to add capability of adding button with H2 heading, it is auto-blocked. Author need to only add a link after first H2 in a section and it will be decorated using advanced-heading block css.

@shrotia it was happening because content was not published. I've published it and it is working fine.
