Hero Block - fast sliding issue #55

I observed that issue occurs, when cardItem width used in startProgressBar() get set to 0 (in some unknown case), which makes progressBarJump = 0 and all the calculation done to increase the progress bar width fails.

Solution: Modified logic to calculate the card item width.

Fix #54
