Working demo page, where the customer would need to add a page description and subheading for the full SEO benefits: https://main--learninga-z--aemsites.hlx.page/site/resources/download-library/raz-plus-sel-meaningful-conversations-one-sheet

We can use the Research-detail template as a base (it also uses a products array which are linked), but the Download-detail template has additional items on it.

Question

For the 7 existing pages such as https://www.learninga-z.com/site/resources/download-library/raz-plus-blended-learning-brochure, should we put the PDF viewer under all the content in a 1 column template? Or keep how it is, with a 2-column layout with just an image + download button?
