Documents block: Marketing bulletin style

For some products, there is an additional marketing bulletin block which needs to be styled. A marketing bulletin consists of:

1. Style named "bulletin" on the block
2. An image
3. A link

If the link text is not provided, or is the same as the href, then the placeholder should be used "Download Marketing Bulletin". After this link, the same orange download icon used in the product style should be shown. The link should have the download flag set such that the browser downloads the file rather than display it. (note: In some browsers this only works if the file is the same domain as the page, so don't treat lack of download as a bug in this case!)

Mobile requirements:

• No special mobile requirements for this style, but for all breakpoints the size of the image should be limited so it doesn't take up too much space.
