The goal of this story is to evaluate if we can make a (nav) style variation for right rail (#40) which generates navigation elements based on the current page and its sibling pages in the site. This requires the pages to all be indexed, then using the search index to identify all the siblings, etc.
If there is no discernable pattern in the pages that use this feature, then use this story to focus on the styling needed to render links with the nav style so they look like those shown in these pages.
