Implementing Tabs

To create tabs, author will have to add one 'tabs-group' section (by adding style='tabs-group') as the parent along with a comma separated values of the tab names in the metadata. The next 'N' sections will be considered as the tabs content if the style is 'tab-content' and the tab-name is one of the name entered in tabs-group section.
