[Footer] Adding explicit class handling for columns with clickable images (social media icons)

Add clickable-images classname on the columns block to differentiate the setup from a case when the author intents to actually place a link after an image and doesn’t want to wrap the image with it.

This will help to explicitly add the property in columns block - the styles can anyhow differ
