feat: placeholder replacement

Please always provide the GitHub issue(s) your PR is for, as well as test URLs where your change can be observed (before and after):

• table now has rows only, first row becomes the header
• placeholders replaced in all text nodes given the pattern {[a-z0-9-]+} of a block (opt-in for performance reasons)
• placeholders fetched either from loan data (if within any element that has a loan-type-* class set), or (fallback) to regular placeholders
• placeholders containing the term amount are converted to currency, placeholders containing rate to percentage
• the currency format can be set on any parent element with either currency-format-long (XXX,XXX,XXX), currency-format-phonetic (Lahks), or currency-format-short (L) as class
• in-context authoring disabled for any element that has a placeholder as simply focus & blur would persist the placeholder value overwriting the placeholder.
