Author links for category cards #139

Author pages need to be linked to their name on cards appearing on category pages.

Example: https://main--sling--aemsites.aem.page/whatson/entertainment/holiday image

Compare with live site https://www.sling.com/whatson/entertainment/holiday

Note: see line 49 in blog-article.js for the utility to build the author link on article pages, this could be moved to utils.js and reused?
