New SEM Pages - Content Rendering Issues

Main Content section not rendering properly. Need to add inline form for two column layout. Ensure icons and text lay cleanly with background image below (currently overlapping)

The background image is still a mess on these pages

Oh @colinvlasak apologies, i closed this issue according to the original issue description! Thanks for adding some more context!

I closed this before the PR; but there's a PR that fixes the first set of issues essentially
