Any blocks that leverage pagination (Facet List & Paginated List) should have clickable page numbers

@colinvlasak this is a very recent change to the pagination component on pagination pages. We discussed this with @rwcsrichardspencer and agreed that to meet site delivery goals we won't implement new features!
